Pack in nylon

Before packing them in to your backpack or suitcase, consider packing everything that you are carrying in clear plastic bags, preferably zip lock, divided according to item form (e.g. T-shirts, underwear, shorts etc.). A separate nylon bag each. Packing like this is extremely handy in quite a few ways. For example, when unpacking your backpack just remove from the backpack a series of plastic bags and you can presently see the clothing item you were looking for. So an overnight stay only means taking 1 item out of the plastic bag, and not rummaging. This makes being checked by customs inspections a load of more pleasant.
